I have never seen greed on this level at an eye clinic. I get multiple text confirming that I was coming to get fitted for contacts "my second visit in 2 weeks". My appointment was for 2 pm I get there 10 min early as they recommend, at 2:30 I ask what's going on? The young lady says I thought you were already called. She then goes to the back for a few minutes then returns and says Dr. Bond is waiting for a "special room". She instructs me to wait. I am watching the 2:30pm apt. get called back. After another 5 or 10 min I'm asked to come back to the "special room". It's now 245pm the young lady clearly busting her butt starts... read full review
