I liked Mr. Michael right from our first communication. Very kind and respectful.. He came right out to my home, took pictures showing me what the problem areas were and what needed to be done. He gave me a quote right away that was very reasonable. When he arrived on time that morning he and assistant started work right away. They made sure that he did what he said and more. When he was not satisfied with something he redid it. He ended up staying longer than he expected because he wanted to be satisfied with his work and to make sure I was satisfied as well. We are very pleased with the house and driveway cleaning. They look fresh and new. Michael was very courteous, professional and they did a very good job. Michael and team were AWESOME! A true 5 STAR experience and nothing less! Found them on Yelp and reached out- he responded almost immediately and was even able to squeeze us in within the week due to a cancellation. Excellent communication. Very fair prices, knowledgeable, and our house looks and smells amazing, and our plants were fertilized! I would recommend Michael & his team to anyone who needs their home cleaned, decks, etc in NOLA or surrounding areas where he travels to! Thanks so much!
