I really wish I would have asked the name of the incredible staff member who helped me. She almost read my mind and knew exactly what I was looking for in a foundation. Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, and just a lovely person.
My experience was absolutely amazing. I went in to return an online order but the cashier was having trouble with the account number being it was a new account opened online. Omg let me tell you from the front desk to the manager everyone worked so hard to made sure that my credit was applied. I called customer service and was advised that I would need to take my package to UPS after explaining this to the manager at Ulta in Covington as well as me being disabled and a inconvenience for me to have to make all these necessary trips. We had such a great experience today at Ulta Salon with Miranda! She cut my daughters’ hair and mine, and she was amazing. So sweet, patient, and really listened to what we wanted. We all left feeling refreshed and beautiful. We’ll definitely be back! thank you, Miranda! 💛
