I will never use anyone else! Our home warranty Company sent out a company who was horrible. They broke the thing completely and said the compressor was burnt up. Dead after they replaced a part. We went without ac the whole week in June waiting on the warranty company to do nothing because the service they sent out didn’t send in the paperwork. Ghosted. Three Rivers was recommended on Next Door, Nick did an outstanding job! The compressor was NOT dead. He fixed it in 20 minutes! He said that the hard start part had been mis-wired. These guys are the most professional air-conditioning people I’ve ever had do work for me. I never worry about any of my units giving me trouble anymore because I know if there’s a problem all I have to do is call Three Rivers and they will be here to help me as soon as possible. Everyone that I deal with at this company are the nicest people. I feel very lucky to have them do maintenance and repair on the units at my house.
