“We bought a house with a second floor that has a walkout access to part of the attic. The room next to the attic would stay around 85-90degrees- with several fans running, a/c blasting, weather proofing the door and adding insulation to the whole attic. Jerry Balentine from WilServ came out and took a look. Discussed ventless a/c or whole attic open foam spray insulation. We opted for the spray insulation. The room now stays at 72-73 degrees- a/c set at 72- even when the heat index has been over 106! The a/c doesn’t have to run non stop and the room is actually usable now!! Thank you so much!!“
