I recently had Pan American Power perform the annual maintenance on my in-home standby generator, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of service. The team was prompt, professional, and thorough from start to finish.
The maintenance included replacing the battery after three years of active runtime, as well as an oil and filter change. They also checked the spark plugs to ensure everything was in good working order. Pan American Power maintains our generator and Mike did excellent job. He took the time to discuss what I could expect if the generator had to run for an extended time following a storm. He also made sure I had the correct filter and oil on hand.
They installed our generator and hias maintained it for the last several years, very pleased with their service the service man, courteous and professional, and the people in the office are always very friendly and helpful
