I love love love this place. Jennifer, on the rescue team is an absolute pleasure to work with and she is so good at placing dogs in the right home. I am a 2 time foster fail because she knows what my family needs and these babies came to our home and I couldn’t let them leave. If you are thinking about adopting and not shopping I highly recommend the NSHS!

Wasn’t sure what I was looking for or even the best way to go about it but after speaking with ms. Savannah I felt much more confident and at ease, by far the sweetest young lady I’ve ever had to deal with, very intelligent and knowledgeable, compassionate and caring, way to go Northshore humane society on picking and training your people correctly, thank you again ms Savannah

I am always helped by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They answer all my questions with a smile and patience. Dr. Mikala and Cameron were great with my nervous 100 lb. dog.
