Nick was very thorough on our new construction inspection. Identified items that would not normally occur in a new build. Even blue taped the walls so we wouldn't have to! Would highly recommend!
Erik was great. After he performed a thorough inspection, he walked me to the critical issues, explained what was wrong and why, and explained how those issues affected the house.The whole experience was smooth and enlightening. I will suggest him to anyone I know who needs an inspection from this point forward.
Luke and Erik with HDMK were absolutely wonderful! The inspection was very thorough and they provided very detailed reports. They also called to explain everything and made sure to explain things in a way that I could understand! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection!
