We had an inspection for a home we are looking to purchase. The actual inspection was great. My only issue was the report that was issued could have been more organized, which would make it easier to follow. There were a couple places in the report which stated the same deficiencies. Also, the pictures were small and sometimes hard to see what was being cited. Also, if they could've been marked to correspond with the written report would have made it easier to follow. I think the person did a wonderful job in looking at everything. He even climbed on top of the roof to inspect that. He was available to answer any of my questions and to look at things that troubled me....read full review
