Such a disappointing experience with this home health company. Wanted to use them because they are near my house. After two weeks of being home from the hospital and numerous calls to check on the status of when they would start my home health, they still had not started my home health journey. Finally switched to another company, who literally called me within 5 minutes of getting my orders. Would not recommend Egan at all. No communication, very disorganized

Very very DEVASTATED. they dropped us as clients right after placing a wound vac INCORRECTLY on my husband and dropped us because they couldn't take it when he got nervous two people were bossing him around and he ask them to leave. How can it be legal to quit without getting us a replacement first. Shows how little they care for their clients. Thanks a lot. I hope no one ever does your loved ones this way.....
