Josh visited today and took care of a problem that I had with my A/C. He agreed to never tell anyone (i.e. my wife) that I forgot to turn the breaker back on so my thermostat would have power! Needless to say, he helped me very quickly.
After being lied to and overpaying two other A/C Companies, the very worst being Foulk’$ $outhern Air ! They quoted over $1600 to just put in refrigerant, without replacing the leaking coils. And 7 months earlier I signed a maintenance contract with them which I will lose that as well because I will not allow any of their commissioned sales team to return.
Second company Airsmiths charged $684 and only put in refrigerant without fixing the leak either. Neither company tried to fix the problem and replace the leaking coil.
Eagle A/C, Tyler and Josh were very professional.
Eagle AC were wonderful. Called on a Friday about 11:30 hoping to set up service for the following week. They answered the phone, were very friendly and told me someone would be out that afternoon to work on our Air conditioning. Received a text message with a 3hr window followed by one saying they were in route to my home. Technician was here and diagnosed the issue before I finished my 1.5hr commute. They had the issue repaired within 2.5 hrs of my original call. My wife said how nice they were.
