This office use to be really good but the new staff is terrible. They don’t even have a doctor anymore just a NP. The fact they can’t even pick up the phone when you call says enough.

Dr Birchfield is not great. I went in for 2 complaints, and she only looked at one of them! Luckily her nurse (I don't know his name) actually listened to me and froze my wart for me before I left. Dr Birchfield was obviously in a rush and took a phone call as soon as she walked out of my room then left the office and didn't return. Very unprofessional. This whole office clearly has some very neglected maintenance and basic building issues. I'll only go back because it's who I was assigned from my insurance.

Terrible. Poor communication. They don’t answer phones. They schedule appointments for nothing. Even after diagnosis you will be guessing on what to do. Extreme incompetence. Terribly ran. NP seems knowledgeable, however execution after cancer diagnosis was beyond poor.
