Zero stars for this place! I called to make an appointment for myself and my husband , I have gone there a few times. She told me my husband needed a referral but I didn’t so I made my appointment, It was for 10:15 but i apparently misheard her and thought it was for 10:50. I did get there 20 minutes late for the 10:50 appointment because I thought it was 10:15.. there was one man in the waiting room but they told me I had to reschedule, that was fine by me because I was late by just 20 minutes, so they rescheduled me and I got there 10 min early , the last visit they gave me a book to update my info so I handed that to her and she then told me I needed another referral,...read full review
The staff is terrible you see a nurse practitioner name chaquinas birchfield initially the staff is terrible no one ever answers the phone nor returns messages they'll see you on your appointment then they forget to send your prescription in the assistant wrote my current med as amoxicillin instead of tamoxifen nurse practitioner birchfield sent me to do a blood test and never would give me me the prescription I needed after I made two returning trips of which I was billed to try to retrieve this prescription with no excuse given why not .Highly not recommend this Dimitri dermatology in Covington
This place is awful. Do not recommend anyone to go there. They steady mess up on your appointments and make it like it’s your fault. I’m done. First time I made an appointment they told me it wasn’t my appointment day. It was next week which I was out of town so it would’ve never that The benefit of the doubt came back. Saw me for five seconds. Sent me back out to come back, I reschedule my appointment because I was out of town went in today. Don’t have enough time, but she told me I didn’t show up for my appointment.
