Waited 1 hr and 20 min. No one answers the phone and the answering service didnt answer either and the google address sends u to a unit downstairs. I told the receptionist and she shrugged her shoulders. 20 pages of paperwork to fill out. The medical intake guy was border line unprofessional and awkward to speak to. The elevator was broke so we were sent to a sketchy back fire escape , light bulbs out in the office, the office was gross gause on the floor, paint splattered in the sink, curtains falling off the windows, cabinets hanging on for dear life. Was straight up lied to. They’re treating the symptoms not the cause. Came in for a cyst and instead of an incision and drainage they’re doing a kenalog shot and doxycycline which a simple google search says only treats inflammation and doesn’t destroy the sac, so that in 2 weeks when it’s gone they can say it worked but will be ‘shocked’ when it returns later in the year. I asked if kenalog destroys the sac right before they injected it and she told me yes and I was rushed so I didn’t get to google it until I reached my car afterwards

Zero stars for this place! I called to make an appointment for myself and my husband , I have gone there a few times. She told me my husband needed a referral but I didn’t so I made my appointment, It was for 10:15 but i apparently misheard her and thought it was for 10:50. I did get there 20 minutes late for the 10:50 appointment because I thought it was 10:15.. there was one man in the waiting room but they told me I had to reschedule, that was fine by me because I was late by just 20 minutes, so they rescheduled me and I got there 10 min early , the last visit they gave me a book to update my info so I handed that to her and she then told me I needed another referral,...read full review
