I started going to the Covington office. Went thru 3 NP in less than a year. They never really helped my problem.I've been seeing Dr Dimitri with NP Ashley in Slidell. I get a early morning appt. Yes ive waited extended times before. But have you seen the number of pts she sees. Shes good at her job and worth the wait. And I'm very happy with the results I'm getting. Dr Dimitri is fresh and full of life. She tells you like it is No BS.I'm truly satisfied with my care.

I took my 6 month old son to see Sara Gaspard for eczema and I absolutely loved her. She took the time to really go over everything and explain the medicines prescribed and how to use each one of them. She was very friendly and professional and overall gave us a great experience!

The Doctor my child saw was awesome and we really liked her. The gals in the Covington front office were so nice as well and super sweet. I wish I could give it more stars based on those things alone. However, the overall practice is run like a mill. The wait was ridiculously long past the appointment time on both occasions we went here. The office manager is a centralized person who runs all the practices and is very difficult to work with and most unpleasant if you have any issue. You get this person no matter what centralized number you call. I don't like giving public negative reviews, but I think this one is fair.
