We had a great experience purchasing our speed queen washer from Designer Appliances. Their team was friendly and knowledgeable on the products. Top notch customer service the whole way through the process. They even held a washer for me for 3 days with no deposit and allowed me to arrange a Saturday pickup time when they are normally closed. Do yourself a favor and support this local business and skip the big box stores.

Thank you for going out of your way to get us a Speed Queen washer ASAP when our previous washer (not Speed Queen) broke without warning. We would have never received such personal customer service from a big box store or other major appliance store. Designer Appliances & Cabinets made a very stressful situation, a piece of cake!

Got tired of replacing a wash or dryer every few years and researched to find a more reliable brand. Speed Queen was the best reviewed without getting into the heavy commercial segment of the market. We have had our Speed Queen Washer and Dryer for over 8 years with no problems. They have outlasted our last 3 units put together. We have also purchased a Bosch Dishwasher and Thermadore Induction cooktop that outperform anything we have ever used!
