Bartlett Construction LLC is a general contractor serving the Northshore area. Customers describe the business as professional, responsive, and detail-oriented from start to finish. The team is led by a conscientious and reliable builder, and the crew is described as courteous, organized, efficient, and committed to quality craftsmanship. Reviewers mention an excellent job, work that exceeded all expectations, and impeccable work.
The business has completed many types of projects. One customer hired the team to replace a defective contractor's work. Another customer praised a new studio renovation, including demo, framing, finishes, electrical, and final inspections, with clear and consistent communication throughout. The team removed an old, cracked, aggregate driveway and poured a beautiful, sturdy, new driveway with proper drainage, and later tore down a leaking, aged sunroom and built a beautiful, new sunroom that is now a favorite room. The business also replaced a roof on a rental property after a storm, with a quote within a week, and the project came out on budget. A driveway expansion project was completed on time at a very reasonable price. Customers recommend Bartlett Construction highly and would rate with 10 stars if possible.
From start to finish, an excellent job. William Bartlett and his team came to our rescue when another contractor's work was defective. He fit us into his schedule and exceeded all expectations. Cannot recommend Bartlett Construction highly enough.
We couldn’t be happier with the work Bartlett Construction did on our new Painting with a Twist studio in Mandeville, LA! From start to finish, William and his team were professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. They handled every aspect of the renovation with care — from demo and framing to finishes, electrical, and final inspections.
As a franchised paint and sip concept, we have very specific brand standards and construction requirements, and Bartlett Construction went above and beyond to meet them. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the project, and their on-site crew was courteous, organized, and committed to quality craftsmanship.

Bartlett Construction took out our old, cracked, aggregate driveway and poured a beautiful, sturdy, new driveway. They were professional, courteous, and responsive from start to finish. They worked to insure proper drainage in all areas of the driveway and cleaned the entire area after they were finished. Mr. Bartlett's crew were a well oiled machine working steadily throughout the days until the job was completed. Months later, we hired them to tear down a leaking, aged Sunroom and build us a beautiful, new sunroom. It is well insulated, has a sturdy roof, and a beautiful tongue & groove ceiling. It is now our favorite room in the house.
