The office staff and audiologist, Alaina Johnson, were top notch! I have smaller than normal ear canals which made it harder to clear them. Ms. Johnson went diligently above and beyond to ensure a quality outcome. I could not recommend enough!

Dr. Bode is very easy to talk to and was very effective in finding the solution for my lack of hearing in 2015 and I have continued to count on his expertise to this day, literally! I’ve never had a problem scheduling an appointment and his office staff is very accommodating.

Dr. Bode is the best! He gives personalized attention to your specific needs and he doesn't stop there. He actually sticks with you, making sure you like the fit of the hearing aid and the hearing aid is adjusted to your specific hearing needs. I have been going to see him since October 2020 and could not be happier. I am not one to write reviews. I hope this can help everyone else on the NorthShore in deciding on which doctor to choose. I am very happy with the service and attention from Associated Hearing in Covington!
