How this place is open still is beyond me. We made the huge mistake of using them to file taxes for 3 years and have been fighting the IRS over it since 2016. At the time you file taxes with them, you will get a nice refund. They will cheat the system, fill in some more blanks, and get you every penny possible. Sounds good, right? Wrong! You will later get a lovely letter you are BEING AUDITED BY THE IRS. Then when you call tax options for help (they say they will help you if you get an audit, THEY DONT) you will get told "don't give in, fight them, give them what they ask for". I will never use another tax assessor ever in my life as long as Lisa is here! Great great people. Very knowledgeable , very helpful ! Love these girls. I trust them more than all the rest . I strongly recommend Tax Options!!!! James Vines
