St Bernard Eye Care Glasses Department

I've been seeing Dr Muller for about 10 years, with almost no issues whatsoever. However, but after my last visit it may be time to see someone else to keep St Bernard Eye Care honest. Frankly, this last visit was a little begrudgingly, due to the fact that Clarity Eyecare down the street doesn't work with United Healthcare vision insurance. The hustle of additional fees, both with the eye exam and eyeglass fees (not referring to lens add-ons, understandably), and copays feels like less of a visit and more of a Spirit Airlines flight. Might just take a year hiatus from vision insurance altogether.

I tried calling them multiple times, on different days and at different times. I've also left a couple of voicemails. No one has contacted me back. If it's this hard just to reach someone at the office, I guess I don't want to be a patient here after all.

Walked in to the office today attempted to repair a pair of glasses - I waited quite a while for help, but it seemed as if I was being ignored... Attendant stated that my glasses were "unrepairable". I went to another optic where they were more than happy to take my business. Service needs improvement.
