    I was having issues mid-July, the last time in New Orleans you want to have AC trouble. Siener Air came out, diagnosed the issue and explained what happened with me, and corrected the problem in an efficient, courteous, and prompt manner.     I called Siener Air in desperation when the AC in our fishing camp went down before the July 4th weekend. Al Siener gave me a "I'll try to get to you ASAP" date, even though he was loaded with calls during an extreme-heat series of days that stressed everyone's AC. He met the date and fixed my issue. He communicated with me multiple times by phone and by text. I'm very pleased.
