“RT & The Stride Shop are my running family. I made an appointment a year ago, on the recommendation of a friend. I had been a runner at different points of my life but was always slow and often plagued by shin splints. The summer I made my first appointment with the Stride Shop, I was 2 months out from a double mastectomy, 4 months from my 40th birthday, and determined to run my first full marathon in 5 months.
