Flooring Showcase

Their installation was horrible. Lots of hollow tiles, and hollow wood flooring, flooring showcase would not stand behind the apparent contracted installer. Ordered 10 boxes of tile extra on top of the suggested 4 for other matching projects, after install had 2 boxes left.

It was a horrible experience with the Owner. The floors I purchased were buckling and not connecting. Ms. Roxanne (who’s very helpful) scheduled the owner to come check it out. The next morning the Owner called with a horribly negative attitude stating he could come but he already knew the flooring wasn’t installed correctly. He arrogantly refused to speak to anyone doing the installation and explained he was not giving a refund. I’m stuck with defective flooring with a loss of 4k.

They did a horrible job at our home. The owner very rude, and arrogant . The tiles we're not done properly. A lot of ceramic tiles we're higher than others, and also if I was not watching them they were putting s larger grout than I wanted. I had to tell them the grout line was not 1/4 inch, and they did not speak English. Horrible Job.
