Rivertown is the best veterinarian office I’ve ever brought one of my animals to. The Staff there is amazing! They were kind, understanding, patient, Knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, no matter how ridiculous they were. The compassion they showed when having to help my 15 year-old cat, Puck, cross the rainbow bridge is something I will forever be truly grateful for. They made a very difficult time for me and my daughter a little bit easier. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of my baby before and after his passing. I know he loved all of the head scratches, cuddles, and treats that y’all gave him while he was with y’all.
I cannot recommend this vet enough. They have taken amazing care of my cat, Elsa, during her chronic UTIs. She had a couple other issues as well and they kept her for a few nights to watch over her. They were also extremely patient answering all of my calls and texts from a worried crazy cat lady.
Alyssa is amazing. I switched vets this year to rivertown to have one closer and on this side of the river because my poodle is 16 and showing some decline. She has only had one visit there but when I called late in the afternoon today with concerns of my baby having a bladder infection she immediately accommodated me in every way possible. She could not have been more compassionate and caring!
