I walked in with a severe asthma attack/ COPD flare up. Miss Kay, Miss Brittney, Miss Teedi, and Miss Kayla were so exceptional. They treated me like a person and not just a patient. They were kind and calm and definitely deserve praise. Thank you ladies
Great people and have only had 2 negative visits. One didn't prescribe meds when my sinus/congestion issues were starting- then it turned into acute bronchitis and full blown sinus infection. Took a while to get over- with proper meds.
The last time- just make sure the meds prescribed are covered under your insurance. It was a small hiccup.
I want to thank Lourdes Urgent Care for their kind, friendly and caring service that you gave me. I’m visiting from Georgia and got sick and I’m so very happy and pleased your staff took care of me.
