Alex Broussard was the service technician who came out to repair my AC, and he did an outstanding job. He was extremely professional and kept me updated throughout the process since I was at work, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Fontenot’s AC for their excellent service!
We cannot say enough good things about Fontenot’s and Mr. Alex Broussard! After some repeat issues with our AC unit and having a partial, unsuccessful repair done by a different AC tech (not affiliated with Fontenot’s), it was time to call a place that we could trust. Not only did Fontenot’s come out much sooner than we expected - Mr. Alex was thorough, honest and even willing to explain/show me as much as I wanted to know! Not only that, but they were very reasonably priced - especially in comparison to what was paid for our previous unsuccessful repairs…. Best ac guys in town fast affordable called them on a Sunday and was at my home within 10 min fixed my problem and got my A/C up and running in no time if you need help don't hesitate to call this company excellent service and demeanor
