Bryan has done some excellent inspections for me, he'll tell me exactly what's wrong and if it's major or we will be ok and that is exactly what a licensed Real estate professional needs to know is if the repairs are major to have the buyer pull out of the deal or minor to have the buyer stay in the deal.

Before listing my home a few years ago, I decided to get a Per-Inspection done on my home. So I contacted Steve with Coastal Home Inspection. I am so glad i did. He found a few things that needed addressing. I took Steve's advice & had them fixed before listing my home. I am so glad i did. In doing so I was able to sell my home at the price i wanted.
