Rocky is very pleasant and jolly. I think just to hear her laugh makes me want to be in her presence. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her clients hair and their styles. She also cuts my son hair and he was skeptical about a woman cutting his hair, but he loves Rocky. Her shop is also very clean.
