“Tough and talented room. Wayne gave us some great details when we are in a shallow half guard while someone is working a knee slice with an under hook. We learned how to trap their under hook and invert with an arm lock. Then, follow up with a gable grip on the opposite arm and elbow, followed up with a triangle trap that was tight like a tiger. Oh, don't forget to wrist lock. Dope details. Dope instructor.“
