I went there and my dentist was very good and the staff is very helpful and currency and I respectful. I recommend them to anybody.

Please Do Not Bring Your Children Here
I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this dental office.
On two separate occasions, they told me my child needed major dental work due to “overcrowding” and discussed procedures that would have cost thousands of dollars. Both times, we chose to wait before moving forward. And both times — nothing ended up being necessary. No extractions. No major procedures. That alone made me question their recommendations.
Today was the final straw.
We had an appointment and I called to inform them we were running late. I was told that as long as we arrived within 15 minutes, we would be fine. We arrived with two minutes to spare. While I was waiting at the front desk, the receptionist was speaking with someone else. After about a minute, she told me we were late. I showed her my phone — it was still within the 15-minute window. She stepped away, spoke with someone else, and then came back saying their office clock showed we were 15 minutes late and we would have to reschedule.
No flexibility. No accountability. No consideration.
We will not be returning.
Additionally, the children’s play area is unacceptable. My child has found moldy food and debris in that space. It is concerning to think about the germs being spread in a place meant for children.
Overall, our experience has left us feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and undervalued as patients. I would encourage other parents to ask questions, get second opinions, and carefully consider their options before committing to treatment here.

Because of the sloppy care that I got in that office and the so called Dentist didn’t do anything that I went into the office to have done. I have false teeth today. Don’t use this office they don’t listen to what the patient wants and only do what they want to do. And use a lot of caution if they say to you in my opinion you need this done. Both times I have been told that in a medical setting it didn’t turn out good.

Dr. Haydel and his team did a fantastic job. They really cared about me and my health before anything else. I left the clinic in no pain (after two root canals!) and didnt even have to take pain meds afterwards.

I have been needing a dental cleaning for awhile and recently obtained new insurance. I called right away to schedule my cleaning and I waited three months to be seen. I was very excited to get a cleaning and I know I also need crowns. The day before my appointment I was called and asked if I could come in 30 minutes early I said sure! The morning of my appointment I was called 2 hrs before my appointment and told they are cancelling me due to having only one room. 😭 I don’t understand why out of all locations I could not be accommodated. I just said ok hung up and cried. I most likely won’t call back.

I do not recommend if you want to trust them to file your insurance claims correctly. They left me paying $800.00 out of pocket because they didn’t have my correct insurance limit on file. I was being facetious and asked for a $10.00 credit which they were willing to give, but when I asked for a 20% discount, they weren’t willing to bend. I won’t ever use them again with the huge bill they left me with! I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!

I came here on Tuesday to get a molar extracted. They gave me medication and the antibiotics helped so much. I went in Thursday and DMD Bird took a wonderful care of me. He is a very tall man, and he could not have been a more gentle giant. His medical assistant, a female with dark hair was also lovely and extremely helpful. I feel so much better now 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. Huge thank you to the staff!!!

I had to cancel the same day of my appointment because I woke up with a sore throat and fever. I called to cancel and of course, I had to leave a message. When the clerk called me back she stated because I didn’t cancel 48 hours prior to my appointment, they will have to keep my $200 deposit. I asked her, am I supposed to come to my appointment with a 101 fever and sore throat because I probably have Strep bc my grandson just tested positive. She placed me on hold and never returned. I will NOT be going back!
