Never wrote a negative review before but the tattoo artist won’t even message me back. As you can see the lettering isn’t even the same for the “I Love You” and these photos are two weeks and 3 days after I had them done and they look awful. I have a full sleeve and other tattoos all over my body and never had a tattoo look like this after it healed. Wouldn’t care if someone messed up my hair but this is permanent and it looks so bad and she won’t even message me back. Now I’m $120 in and have to go have someone fix it else where. Very unprofessional

Booked my appointment for 3:00-5:00 today for lashes with Jean . I got a text at 2:10 asking if I was still coming where I responded YES ! I get up there at 2:30 and I am told Jean has left that my appointment was at 2:00pm . Wrong . My email confirmation states 3:00-5:00pm . When I send her proof of the email I then get a rude response back accusing me of editing the time like do what ? That’s the email I received from YOUR booking site . ? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . & they won’t let me upload photos to the review which is strange . So photos will be in the comments . I was also going to get hand tied weft hair extensions here but I will no longer be doing that either

i had amazing color correction by shea!! the best stylist I've Ever been too, fixed my completely wrecked hair and restored my confidence 100% recommended!!! friendly and amazing service, an all around amazing salon 😀

I go to Misti for my eyebrow waxes and she does such an AMAZING job and she’s super sweet! Hanna did my makeup for the Marine Corps ball and I loved loved my makeup! She was quick and gave me exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Shepherd & Co. for all your beauty needs ?

I booked with Hanna for my wedding makeup over a year ago. We discussed that she’d bring an assistant because it would be hard to do makeup for our large party and be ready in time. Now, about 4 months before my wedding, Hanna nonchalantly messaged me saying that her assistant would be doing the entire party by herself and that her assistant would message me. Her assistant messaged me saying that she was told I “needed a makeup artist” for my wedding, so I guess it wasn’t actually agreed-upon that she would replace Hanna. I am also confused how one MUA would not have us ready in time before, but now it would be fine. I had to clarify and ask Hanna if she was now unable to do the makeup for my wedding, and she said that was correct. I don’t really appreciate how the situation was handled on her end.While I’m frustrated to have been put in this spot after having booked with Hanna over 12 months ago, she was always very nice and did try to help me find a replacement. I understand things come up, but I would have appreciated her being more forthcoming when cancelling on me 4 months before my wedding.
