Update: One of the owners reached out to me directly and took significant time to investigate what happened. He reviewed staff notes, tracked down where the breakdown occurred, and walked through their systems and protocols with me in detail. It’s clear they have multiple safeguards in place and that this situation was not taken lightly. He was responsive, listened carefully to all of our concerns, and took responsibility for addressing them.

We did a trial night with our dog, Duke, recently, who is usually not stranger friendly. Because we have a trip coming up, I wanted to make sure he would be safe and happy somewhere. Duke had no issues. He took to one of the staff and loves her! He even came home and slept the rest of the day, I’ve never seen him so wiped out before.

Our dogs love coming to daycare, the people who work there take such care. The owners are very knowledgeable about training and dog behavior and always answer questions when we have them. They're always friendly, the service is fantastic
