A great experience all around. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed. My garments were actually ready ahead of time and the smile's that greeted me when I dropped them off were there when I returned for pickup. Porter's is a staple in Shreveport/Bossier City and do not disappoint.

Cathy & Shan were amazing! I had some very mildewed clothes that belonged to my grandmother and my mother's wedding dress and they were exceptionally helpful and kind. Emily on the route team went above & beyond by keeping in constant contact with me and letting me know the prices and what they could do with this extreme case of mildew. Porter's is not just a dry cleaner, they can help you to restore all of your important family heirlooms. Highly recommend this location, 10 out of 10!

I love how friendly Amber is! I stopped by a couple of days ago & she was so friendly. I haven’t seen her in there before, but it’s been a few months since I came. She definitely went above & beyond! I appreciate when I have a ton of errands to run & everyone seems stressed out, but she was very polite & helpful. Hope to see her again soon.
