A great store to buy Eyeglasses from. My Insurance Company recommended this Place. My Glasses broke I needed a new pair. They replaced the frame with new one. They were able to still use the old lenses. They fixed my Glasses in Less than 30 Minutes. I only had to Pay for Frames. I also bought perception sunglasses. They took my perception and made new Sunglasses. They took 2 Weeks to come in. They texted me. I came in and the lady fitted them for me.
The friendliest and most helpful people!!! The only eyeglass location in Shreveport I could find infant frames! I went in on a Monday, they said 7-10 days for the glasses to be ready, i don’t live in the area so also about 3-4 days to ship but I got the finished glasses in 5 days! Will be going back everytime!
I went today for the first time and after meeting the staff here, I’am so impressed! Everyone is very friendly and attentive. The reason I began looking for a new place to get my lenses and frames is because I was very uncomfortable with the place I was going to and I didn’t mind seeing if I could get them at a more affordable price. I was really thinking I’d have to pay same amount or so and my main concern was finding a better place where I just felt more comfortable. And to my surprise I found both!!!
