As pleasant and experience is going to the dentist can be. I was running late because of the traffic, but he was still able to complete the entire job while I was there for this one appointment. Thank you very much, Dr. Hooper.

Sheryl took great care of me today, esp knowing that I was very nervous. She gave me a blanket and kept my tongue “safe.” Dr Tyer was kind and realized that I needed another shot to numb the area before continuing the procedure. I’m glad that I chose Nitrous Oxide which helped. I hope I continue to have no cavities! It’s five hours later, and my jaw is still quite sore.

Just went today for my first time. Everyone was so kind and did a terrific job! Wanna send a shout out to Robin my hygieneist. Made me feel so comfortable. And Dr. Tyer waa knowledgeable. For any questions I have. I will definitely be coming back to see them.

Everyone was professional and courteous. Took back at appointment time and only there 30 minutes.

I found the older lady at the reception desk to be rude. Have not had an experience with your dentist. Found the middle aged man to be plesant.

Tried to call, looking for a new dentist and had insurance questions. Lady who answered the phone didn’t sound like she wanted to be helpful and after hearing who my 2 insurances was made it seem like they don’t see people with that insurance and cut the call. I guess that answered my question on not using them since the front office stuff is lacking.
