“Ginger, and all the employees at Boone were very caring and very helpful from the moment they came to the house to pick up my loved one to calling me several weeks after and even sent a card. What they did not know is I unfortunately have had to do this several times in the last few years. I called Boone funeral home in 2018 checking on prices for funeral verses cremation. Even on the phone then they were friendly and answered all my questions. They did not know at that time I was writing my last wishes for myself so my loved ones would not have to figure out what to do or what I wanted. Two years later my significant other's sister passed away. Sherwin was the family member that had to make plans. He asked me what I thought. I was able to give him Boone 's Funeral Home because he knew I had called all the funeral homes in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Boone's was the only one that was kind, helpful and friendly. When Sherwin passed in February, I did not have to call around figuring out who would be caring, compassionate and understanding. From the moment they were at the house to pick him up, to working with Ginger to make the arrangements, arranging the viewing, letting me sit in the chapel during the cremation picking up the ashes, and picking up the death certificates Boone Funeral home was caring, kind and compassionate. They have wonderful staff that all show aloving spirit at a very difficult time in life.“

“Rose-Neath Cemetery is immaculate and beautiful. The grounds staff stop by to say hello to the visitors in the cemetery. The office staff treats everyone like good family. Prices are the most reasonable in the Ark-La-Tex. I see that they have new beautiful trash receptacles and picnic tables throughout the cemetery. The shrub lined gardens are a real nice addition to the cemetery.“

“My uncle passed away in September 2023. Forest Park funeral home made it possible for me and extended family to go onto their website that was easy to navigate. A Memorial book was presented for the family to share thoughts and memories in. Flowers could be ordered from this website and a tree planted in his honor was available.
