Osborn Funeral Home in Shreveport is the best funeral home in Caddo/Bossier; I have ever used to make arrangements for a loved one. The best staff my family has ever had to help with such a painful and difficult time.
When my dad passed away recently, I was dreading making final arrangements due to past experiences with six other funeral homes in the area. My Father recently passed and I had never dealt with Osborn until then , I can’t say enough good things about them. Kelly and Kali welcomed us warmly , addressed all of our concerns . They really showed so much warmth and compassion . Our situation was s little complicated , They handled it smoothly and professionally . Kelly especially went above and beyond anything I could ever have expected and stayed in touch for all final details .Kelly helped make a painful day a little less so because of Her kindness and professionalism .
