Chuck was a very professional young man, kind hearted voice. My Air Conditioner went out, I called him with the worry about how much this repair will cost. Chuck politely said, Mam you have to have air. I’m an elderly woman on a fixed income.
I know God had to send Chuck because he took his time, explaining everything to me as he located my problems, which was two leaks. Thank God, and thank you Chuck:
