Had to call an appliance repair company to look at my 1997 KitchenAid refrigerator. I know that it’s old, but it works and is as sturdy as ever. Anyway, I was concerned about who to call, because we never have a problem. So, I was hoping and praying that this would be a reputable company. Door bell rang, and two older guys in pinstriped uniforms were at the door. Aaron, my son’s first name, and Gary, my husband’s name!! No lie!! And, they were great!! I have used American Appliance for many years. Everyone there makes sure you are totally satisfied before and after the job is done. I have had my microwave, Refrigerator, and dryer fixed by them saving my lots of money instead of replacing them. I highly recommend them.

Called the business to check on a part for a dryer in stock. The lady that answered said they were closed for President’s Day but she insisted that I meet her at the business where she opened up and sold me a 5.99 part. Very very much appreciated and very very nice lady.
