Very honest, shoots you straight on what's needed and doesn't try to sell you on things that's not needed. Had my a/c up and running in less than 15 minutes. We were even discussing my a/c unit that was in a building of mine and that was put in brand new 10 years ago and it never worked right from the beginning. We have had several a/c companies come out look at it and he was the only one that knew exactly what was wrong with it. Just found our forever A/C guy. Lol. Thanks so much for the great service!
