“I made an order online over the weekend for a Monday delivery of a Birthday flowers (over $100) for my wife. Monday morning I got message that the oder was canceled because they didn't have a local florist that could fulfill the order and I was refunded the cost of the order. I reached out Floral Connections at 9:20 am explained my situation and asked if the could deliver prior to noon. The young lady was very nice, assured me there was no problems they would take care of it. 11:20 my wife sent a message thanking me for the arrangement they were Beautiful! and the total cost was less than 1/2 my original order.
