Dylan was also very polite for a plumbing call out, clearly communicating the plan of action and answering all questions. Another technician named Dillon is a very nice and polite informative young man who explained what could be done with a plumbing problem. The company provides dependable service, with technicians who are professional and efficient.
My technician was Mr. Kaleb he was thorough with giving me information on the problem at hand and was quick; he seems like he is passionate about what he does which is always a plus!!
The employee Devante was thorough in explaining what he was doing and was super kind. He got the work done quickly and efficiently and double checked to make sure everything was all good before he left, thankfully because my sink was still clogged and he had to go back in with a bigger tool to fix it! So thankful for his professionalism and efficiency, will definitely use Trahan again if we ever run into any more problems and will be recommending to friends and family!
The Situation: Our AC stopped blowing cold air during the night and we did not notice until noon, right when it reached about 80 degrees inside. Wife confirms it for me. I get off work at 5 and do the husbandly duty of checking everything myself before calling an expert.
Probable Issues: Seems either the blower fan is not working, the compressor is out, or there is an electrical issue.
