Excellent service for our hot water heater! Referred to Robert and he was very knowledgeable and kind on the phone. Robert and another kind man ( sorry can’t remember name) arrived within the time frame promised the following day. Speeding service but thorough. I washed clothes and took a hot shower tonight!! Five stars for sure! We had an extensive leak in an exterior pipe that was tricky to locate, but they found it and fixed it promptly. Robert got us on the schedule quickly and his communication leading up to our appointment was excellent. I also appreciate that he took the time to show me exactly what was going on, where the problems were and how they were fixed. We definitely recommend making Speedway Plumbing your first call!
Our hot water leaked on a Saturday, Robert came out within 30 min. and helped us resolve the situation until he could install a new heater on Monday morning we went ahead and had both our water heaters replaced since they were the same age, prompt friendly service, fair pricing, and a good customer service attitude.
