I absolutely love Cypress! I took a trip and left my babies Bjorn and Kona with them for quite a few days. The staff is so very friendly and kind. They sent photos of my pups daily. They advised of all updates, like when they ran put of food, and responded quickly to my texts. Will definitely use their services again.
They took care of my father's two dogs and the dogs had a blast. We know it because they sent the pictures every day. This is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it. They even brushed out his collie at the end of her stay and she came home looking great after playing with a bunch of other dogs!
We boarded our two small dogs for the first time for 5 days. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the whole process. I especially appreciated the daily updates and photos, putting my mind at ease. They are also very flexible and work with your schedule. They took great care of my dogs. I knew that my dogs were safe, healthy and happy during their stay. I would definitely recommend this boarding facility to anyone.
