“This is my first experience with a personal trainer and Nick Ortego hasn’t disappointed. I haven’t really exercised in over 30 years so I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but Nick meets you where you’re at. His personal and focused attention to detail- your personal details- is impressive. I deal with neck problems and fibromyalgia and Nick asks “How’s my body feeling?” at the beginning of each session and means it. He tailors my warm up and stretches to target any pain or discomfort I’m experiencing so that my body can be properly stretched and ready for our training session. I really enjoy the fact we are doing strengthening and toning bodywork, as I recently lost 100 lbs and need a lot of toning. My body has begun to take shape after working with Nick these past 6 months, not only showing definition but also providing strength in my arms, legs and the rest of my body. “Love this place! I've been a member since the doors opened and it's the one thing I've remained consistent with over the years as far as exercise goes because the heat is so soothing. It's like exercise and a spa treatment in one! I also like that this location has a free weight area and several different options for cardio in the sauna. The owner is super friendly and so is the staff. Nice to have 24 hour access as well.“
