Based on the reviews, Walmart Vision & Glasses is a great place to get a new pair of glasses or contact lenses. The staff, especially Nikki, is described as the best, professional, kind, and very helpful. She made the process fast and easy, answering all questions quickly and accurately. She was able to make the insurance work in a perfectly reasonable amount of time. Nikki squeezed one customer in before her lunch break and had them out very quickly with a new pair of contacts. Customers felt very welcome and had nice chats, making every conversation a pleasure. The overall experience was wonderful from arrival to departure, with staff being willing to assist with a smile. One customer said they didn’t know what they would have done without Nikki, and another called her a literal queen. It was a 10/10 experience.
Nikki ROCKS! Many thanks to Nikki Scott, the manager at the Vision Center at the Walmart on Burbank Dr. in Baton Rouge, LA, I can see clearly again, and it won't cost me an arm and a leg! She was able to explain some of the details about the differences between progressive lenses and bifocals, along with a host of other questions I had. She saved me time AND money today. She did not have to take the time to help me, but she went out of her way, and so now I will consider this particular Vision Center first in the future, one that I have walked by a million times! I don’t know what I would’ve done without Nikki It was my first time choosing glasses for myself and there for the first time using insurance at a time that they were changing systems, and she was able to make it work in a perfectly reasonable amount of time.
She helped me get my glasses and she was lovely and we had a nice chat. She made me feel very welcome, which is why I know that I have a new prescription. I am headed that way again this week so I look forward to seeing you again Nikki thank you for everything. Paige (Team MDACC)
