We chose V & V Roofing for our full roof replacement and they exceeded our expectations. The communication was excellent and their pricing was very fair for the quality of work provided. They took care of all the details, including clean-up and permits, making the process stress-free. Our new roof looks amazing and adds so much value to our home. Truly a 5-star experience!

Our guesthouse behind our home had a skylight that over the years continued to leak and cause water stains on the ceiling around it. The roof is a standing seam metal one originally with AEP Span panels. V&V removed the skylight and about 8 feet of the roof. The water shield had obviously been penetrated and there was considerable rotting of the adjacent plywood. V&V replace the rotten plywood and put a new water shield before replacing the metal panels they removed. The work was done efficiently and we are very happy with the end result. They also replaced a roof vent and resealed all of the roof penetrations on our main how on two levels. Excellent work!!
