George was great, even though they couldn't fix my phone. He was familiar with that problem with that phone, and after quickly confirming his guess, he explained the warranty and return process and answered several relevant questions.

I needed a new charging port and Dejariee was fantastic!! Answered all my questions with professional understanding and the repair only took a couple hours. She also put a screen protector on my phone for me

Speedy service & friendly workers. Great price if you make a claim with Asurion. I brought my phone in for a screen repair (including the LCD Screen), and I got it back in less than an hour and 15 mins with no problems. I highly recommend this location! Thank you!
