Despite the media's constant brow beating to the company, the owner is going above and beyond to fix the sabotage that has incurred during the flood. The owner is a certified NFIP adjuster following the proper procedures and exposing every crook there is whether they WERE working with him or the homeowners trying to defraud the insurance companies.
