I used to go here years ago & they were much friendlier back then & welcoming. I was the 2nd guest through the door once they opened. I was given the pedicure first that was rushed & lasted all of 7-10 mins. Then i get seated to start my nails I show the lady the picture & she told me she was going to charge me extra for the designs I said okay which I understand bc it can possibly take you time to do each nail. The lady did my nails in less than 25 mins all together from laying acrylic shaping & designs. I don’t usually ask prices but there’s no price list anywhere. Before I come with my complaint I will say that Tulip has been my ultimate favorite place to get my nails done. I never had a problem with them or even their expensive prices. Their work was worth the pay. However, today I went in to get a refill and pedicure. They weren't as busy as they usually are. I asked the lady to please add cold water to my pedi water because it was burning my feet she said, "I'll be right there!" but never came back. I stayed there until I thought she would come back but never came until I said will someone be over soon to put the solution and cold water in? They are very quick and affordable so they are definitely worth a try! The workers are nice and they definitely get you in and out, but if you want a more spa like experience, then they aren't the best for that in my opinion.
