Needed help retrieving data from an old hard drive and my main laptop had power issues so I was also concerned about retrieving data from same. I've used big box squads in the past for this type of repair (which often took days to complete, plus standing in a queue for longer than I like.) Thus I am so happy to have found The Real Computer Guy while in Baton Rouge. The service was awesome - my call was returned immediately, the laptop and the hard drive were picked up that afternoon from my place of business. As promised, the work was finished the next morning and I received a call with the status with recommendations. I had my data and a repaired laptop back in my possession that same afternoon (once again delivered to me) all for a very reasonable price. I'm happy to have found The Real Computer Guy. I will trust him again, in a NY second, when I need any type of repair to my computers.
