Hair quality is 100% wonderful! Trust me you will love it. Bundles are full, soft, 100% human hair. Very very minimum shedding. Only company I trust/love to buy from. Excellent customer service.

I Moved to Baton Rouge in 2014 hair factory is the ONLY place I've ever gotten QUALITY hair from at affordable pricing if you're not purchasing from the hair factory you're definitely missing out on a great thing ❤️❤️❤️

I will only get my hair from here from now on. The girl in the front had absolutely no customer service skills and when asked about lengths I could tell she knew nothing. Her hair was gorgeous though. A lady came from the back and she was much more informative and nice. They have a wheel you can spin for free stuff if you spend over a certain amount (I didn't win of course lol). Hair is the best quality I've bought from any store.
