My cousin had been singing Atlas’ praises for about a year, so I decided to give it a shot. It’s been 1 week, and I love it! Cameron has been awesome in our 1:1 training sessions working toward my goals. This was out of my comfort zone, but the culture of this gym made me a lot more at ease than at previous gyms where I actually knew the equipment better. One of my main goals is to get stronger, and this is the place to do it!
Working with Cameron has been the best gym experience I've ever had. I wanted to be healthier as I turned 40, but I hate typical gyms. A friend told me about Atlas and I love it! None of the machines that confuse me. No mirrors that only make me more self conscious. And the best trainer ever. Cameron has been friendly, helpful, professional, and my biggest cheerleader.
